♢ About the sale price


The sale price is the amount indicated (indicated price / consumption tax included). A separate delivery charge (shipping fee) will be charged.



♢ About delivery charges (shipping costs)


Delivery charges vary depending on the product.
One order will incur one delivery charge.
Please note that we are unable to combine shipping or delivery charges for multiple orders.

We are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties your package may incur at your countries border.

 

♢ About payment methods and payment period


Payment methods: Credit card(VISA, MasterCard, Amex, JCB), PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, deferred payment (Paidy), mobile carrier payment, Rakuten Pay, Paypay.

Payment period is fixed at the time of product order.

♢About deferred payment (Paidy)
Paidy is a payment method that allows you to pay for a month's worth of purchases through Paidy at a convenience store or by bank transfer by the 10th of the following month.

All you need is an email address and mobile phone number; no pre-registration or credit card is required.

♢ Terms and conditions for product returns

Other than damaged or defective items we don't accept returns. If an item is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defective item. The item must be in unused original condition with the tags attached in order for us to accept the return.
(*We will cover the return postage costs for defective or incorrect goods.)

For items in stock we will exchange it, if it is no longer in stock we will offer a refund.
Please note if you have not returned the item to us, we will not be able to exchange it for a new item or refund.
The return or exchange of goods must be made within one week of receipt of the goods.


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "slightly different from the website image", "ordered the wrong size", "mistaken order", etc.



♢ Cancellation of orders


Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellation requests from the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty. If you have any queries regarding our products, please contact us via our contact page.

Refunds after payment via Paidy
We will refund the price of the product, but we are unable to refund the Paidy payment fee.
