♡  Shipping/Dispatch

We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days excluding pre-orders.

 

♥ Shipping Rates

International delivery; we ship overseas via EMS. (Japan Post)
The cost of international shipping varies by both weight and region and is calculated at checkout.

800 yen flat rate within Japan.

♡ Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by country but its estimated between 7-14 business days for most countries. You can track your parcel on the Japan Post website with the tracking code we provide.

♥ About our products

The product used in our photoshoots is often a sample, so the colour of an item can vary from photos due to lighting, the conditions it was photographed in, and other factors such as variations in your display screen, etc. Sizes also might be marginally different from the listed measurements.


♡ Payment

We accept payment via Credit card(VISA, MasterCard, Amex, JCB), PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.


♥ Cancellations/Returns

Other than damaged or defective items we don't accept returns. If an item is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused original condition with the tags attached in order for us to accept the return.
